The Moment Spins Go Missing
Missing Spins: A Short Checklist
Seven plain causes, each with the fix that usually brings the spins back.
Check The Amount You Sent
A deposit of A$13 opens the 101PRIME spins and A$25 opens the 80CROWNDEBUT ones. Top up to the threshold the offer names and the spins unlock.
Did You Claim It In The Bonus Tab?
Deposits do not hand out spins by themselves; you claim them in the bonus section first. Open that tab, find the code you used and press activate.
Paid By Card, Approved By Offer
Skrill and Neteller payments sit outside these offers, so spins stay locked. Pay from a card or another wallet, then claim the code again.
The Night The Spins Expired
Daily spins expire when the clock passes midnight, and unclaimed ones vanish with them. Use them the same evening, or ask support for a reset.
Five Levels, Five Drops
Climb For Bigger Spin Drops
Each level up adds more spins to your monthly drop, from 10 at the start to 500 at the top. They land every month.

When The Spins Run Out
What Your Spins Pay On Average
Multiply spins by spin value, apply the slot RTP for the expected win, then the wagering on that win. Every figure below is an estimate of average play, not a promise.

Cash-Out Moment
How Do Spin Wins Become Cash?
Once you finish, you will know the exact terms standing between a win and a payout.
Playing Through Before Cashing Out
Every dollar you win from spins must be played through 45 times (welcome spins use 42) before any of it can leave the account as cash.
Send Your Documents Early
Your first cash-out waits on three documents: identity, address and confirmation of the payment method. Allow 70 hours for the team to review them.
At The Card Table It Stalls
Slots count in full toward playthrough, while table games and live games add little or nothing. Spin wins clear fastest on the reels, not at a card table.
Bonus Balance First
Wins from spins land in the bonus balance, not the cash one, so the wagering figure applies to them. Clearing it moves the money into the withdrawable side.

We write answers at Luckydreams Casino the way we write terms: short, plain and without padding.
accountHow do the free spins for inviting a friend work?+
Invite a friend and 50 spins land on Big Bamboo once they deposit at least A$30. Your friend brings up to 10 people per player, and the spins carry 30x wagering on winnings within three days. Each spin plays at A$0.20 and stays live for seven days.
accountWhat happens when I try to use the spins on a different slot?+
Spins stay locked to the slot named in the offer, so a Great Rhino Megaways round cannot move to another game. Opening a different slot leaves the balance untouched but unusable. Finish the spins where they were issued, then wager the winnings wherever slot play counts.
accountWhat if I want the no-deposit spins and the welcome spins too?+
Both can be taken, in order. The 10 spins on Aztec Magic need no payment, while the welcome spins arrive with your first A$13 deposit and the code 101PRIME. Claiming the no-deposit set first does not cancel the welcome package.
accountWhen does the spin value decide how much I win?+
Each spin holds a fixed value, and that value is what a single round can win, not a promise. On Great Rhino Megaways each spin is worth A$0.10, so 81 of them hold A$8.10 in nominal play and roughly A$7.82 back at 96.58% RTP. Winnings become bonus money, not cash.
accountWhat happens when something goes wrong with the license holder?+
Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licenses Luckydreams Casino LLC under ALSI-654121. That regulator sits offshore, so Australian consumer protections do not apply to disputes here. Read the terms yourself before you deposit.
accountWhat happens when I request a withdrawal from spin winnings?+
Once wagering clears, winnings sit in your bonus balance as withdrawable cash. A withdrawal needs identity, address and payment confirmation documents, and review can take up to 70 hours. The minimum you can take out is A$24.
Spin Not Showing?
Take Your Spins From Code To Cash
Use this when the code has been entered but nothing has landed in your account yet.
Getting The Code Accepted
Enter the code in the bonus or promo field before you pay in, since codes cannot be added after a deposit is confirmed. Check that the field accepted it.
Do Skrill Or Neteller Count?
Top up at least the minimum the offer asks for, A$13 for the welcome code, and avoid Skrill and Neteller, which are excluded.
Named Slot Or Any Slot?
Luckydreams opens the right game for you, but only the named slot counts, so load Great Rhino Megaways from the bonus section rather than the lobby list.
Clearing Bonus Money
Spin the winnings at up to A$6 a round until the 42x is cleared, because money taken from the spins stays bonus until then.
When The Spins Run Out, You Choose
No set of spins obliges you to keep playing or to put money in. Loss limits, deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion sit in your account settings, and Gambling Help Online, Lifeline Australia and BetStop are there when play stops being fun.
Loss limits. Caps what you can lose in a set period, so one bad session cannot run past your number.
Self-exclusion. Pauses your account for a stretch you pick, keeping spins and deposits out of reach until it ends.
Deposit limits. Sets the most you can add to your balance in a day or week, decided before you play.
